Providing Project Management service to the Board of Trustees, BRJ & Associates, LLC, works closely with all constituents to develop optimum procedures and plans to meet student needs and the requirements of the Division of the State Architect. Natomas Unified School Districts’ H. Allen Hight Learning Center is an example of this process.

Delivered under the authority of Education Code Section 17406, this lease / lease-back project demonstrates the creative cost-savings that BRJ brings to a project. From inception, this project has been designed to, and driven by, the educational specifications for each school within the district. Educators are an integral component of the design team and are involved at all phases of the process. By involving the contractor in the design process, the team has developed a cost-effective project that will serve the multifaceted needs of the students.
