We assist the client to identify areas required for construction operations, including the full extent of the construction site, paths needed for delivery of equipment and materials, safe separation of ongoing client activities in the vicinity of construction activities, and special signage and pathways required to detour pedestrians and vehicles around construction activities. In cooperation with the contractor(s) we identify the periods of construction that most disrupt the client’s adjacent activities, and plan for appropriate mitigation measures. |

We manage strict adherence with the contracted responsibilities, guide immediate mitigation of discrepant and corrective work, provide leadership in claims and conflict resolution, and create and maintain the network of reports necessary to assure the highest level of quality for the completed project. |

We demand that contractors maintain the highest level of safety planning and practice, and we assist clients in safety planning and practice for adjacent operations and for points of public encounter with the construction process. It is the goal of BRJ & Associates to eliminate personal injuries and damage to property by minimizing the hazards while constantly raising individual awareness and skill in dealing with the dangers encountered on and near construction sites. |

| Management of Project Changes: |

We manage project changes first by applying early mitigation measures including on-time processing of contract submittals along with detailed review of construction planning with the contractors and subcontractors. Early identification of potential contract changes provides for the greatest flexibility in mitigating such issues at the least possible impact to the client. |

| Management of Commissioning and Project Close-Out: |

We provide advance planning and final implementation of both Project Commissioning — the detailed examination and adjustment of building systems consistent with original design criteria and operational standards— and Project Close-Out — the complete resolution of all project issues and final records. |
